  • Our designing team believes that each of our client is different and distinct from the other in need and so there can be no fixed price or packages. Contact us to discuss your project and we will give you a fair quote. We have full confidence in our work and consider it to be the best value for your money.

  • When do I pay and what is the Risk-free Satisfaction Guarantee?

  • Most of the designing studios require 100% payment upfront before they start work on your project. We don't! You pay the full amount only after you approve the final designs and are 100% statisfied, so there is no risk at starting a new project!

  • How it works?

  • The first step is to ask for a price quote. You describe your project to us and we get back to you to discuss it in more detail. This is the most important phase as this helps us evaluate the project and provide you with a fair price-quote.
    After we have agreed on various details of the project and price we start the work. This is the step which defines what we will create and present in terms of our work. We not only study your business but also the industry as a whole specially your competitors. You will receive concepts and revisions regularly, of which you will be always notified. When you have accepted the design and final revisions are made, we will send you the final files by email or if you should want, we’ll send the files on CD-ROM (FedEx, UPS at additional cost).

  • How long does it take before I can see my samples?

  • You can recieve your first designs as early as within 2 business days while on the other hand it can take take at most 5 to 7 days.

  • When can I expect my final design to be ready?

  • This is the most frequesntly asked question and the most difficult to answer. We are not a designing machine that can churn out 2 or 3 designs a day. We value our client and dedicate our time to your project to present you the best. A lot is involved, research, drafting, revising, revising and revising. We do not want to give a specific time in which a design is ready. It just creates unnecessary pressure for designer. We aim to serve the best designs. It's beneficial to both parties.

  • Can you redo my existing logo design?

  • Yes. Please provide us with the latest version of your logo design, and mention it in your logo request.

  • What is the difference between a corporate image and an illustration?

  • There is a big difference between a corporate image and an illustration. Corporate images are very simple, which makes them unique, memorable and highly recognizable from any distance and at any size. Illustrations are usually a very complicated artwork that looses it's quality when reduced in size. Very busy images like these are hard to read and recognize.

  • Do you make logo design for products, titles, or names?

  • Yes, we create any type of graphic identity.

  • Who keeps the rights of the created logo design?

  • All the rights of the Artwork and Logos we create for our customers belong to our customers, after we have received all payments for the work. We do reserve certain copyrights however, such as for selfpromotional needs.

  • What file formats do I get for the final designs?

  • You will get all the formats which are required and most appropriate for your design. Common formats include AI, PNG, JPG, GIF, EPS, CDR, PDF.

  • Will you provide me with scalable vector files?

  • Yes, we provide you with scalable vector files.

  • What is vector a scalable file?

  • Vector files are files that you can resize, scale, and even change colors or fonts without loosing any quality or resolution on your image. It's best to make GIFs or any other bitmap formats you may need for your web site. Vector files are mostly used by professional designers or print shops.

  • What is bitmap file?

  • Bitmap files are a more popular file that are the best to use on the Web. You may use them on most word applications, they are small in size, but hard to modify because of their poor resolution. You may notice a big distortion in your image if you try to scale a bitmap file. The most popular bitmap files are GIF, JPEG, TIFF and BMP.

  • How can I use vector files?

  • Vector files are used on specific vector based software applications such as Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw. We will provide you with both formats.

  • How can I use bitmap files?

  • Bitmap files may be used in a large variety of software applications, such as Adobe Photoshop, Photo Paint or many other programs. They can be opened in most word processing applications such as Microsoft Word and many Web design programs.

  • Can I edit my business cards and stationery?

  • Yes, you can edit, or change all the information on your business card and stationery. You will need to have Adobe Illustrator , or Corel Draw installed on your computer, because your stationery files are in a vector format.

  • What software do you use to create the logo design?

  • Our designer team works with multiple software application, mostly Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw.
